Realtors Have A Dirty Little Secret About First Time Home Buyers...

As someone who has been working in the real estate industry since 2005, I have seen my fair share of first-time home buyers. And let me tell you, there's a dirty little secret that many real estate agents and realtors don't want you to know: they think you suck.

Now, don't get me wrong. Not all of them think that way, but a heck of a lot of them do. And the sad truth is that many of them don't believe you're worth their time and energy. But that's where I come in. I'm David Sidoni, the CEO of HowToBuyAHome.com, and I'm here to tell you that you deserve better.

I have worked with thousands of first-time home buyers over my career, and every time I talk to them, they say they wish someone like me had talked to them earlier. That's because many real estate agents will try to push you towards rookie agents who don't know anything about real estate. And the worst part? You end up training those rookies for the big agent. That's not fair to you, and it's not fair to the rookie agent either.

I know how frustrating it can be to try and navigate the real estate industry as a first-time home buyer. That's why I left my old brokerage and decided to start talking directly to you. I want to share the dirty little secrets of the real estate industry with you so that you can make informed decisions and find an agent who really cares about helping you.

First Time Home Buyers Are Tossed Aside By Veteran Agents Which Means You Become The Learning Phase For Young Agents

One of the secrets is that big agents often have teams of inexperienced agents who they send first-time home buyers to. They don't give a damn about you; they just want to make a sale. But you can do your research and find an agent who genuinely cares about helping you. Don't just Google the team or the brand name; Google the person who will be getting you in their car and showing you homes.

Another secret is that some agents use robocalls to contact potential clients. They don't even want to talk to you; they just want your information. And when you do finally talk to them, they'll try to push you towards their team of rookies.

We're Disrupting The Real Estate Industry To Bring First Time Home Buyers Unicorn Agents So They Get A Winning First Time Home Buying Experience

But don't worry. There are agents out there who care about first-time home buyers. I am one of them. I want to help you navigate the real estate industry and find the perfect home for you. If you're in Southern California, give me a call. If you're somewhere else, do your research and find an agent who really gives a damn about you.

The bottom line is that you deserve better than what many real estate agents are willing to give you. You deserve an agent who will listen to your needs, answer your questions, and guide you through the process of buying your first home. So don't settle for less; find an agent who really cares about helping you achieve your dreams.

Not Enough Adjectives To Express How Lucky We Were

My wife and I stumbled onto the "How to Buy a Home" Podcast on Spotify on a long drive. There are not enough adjectives to express how lucky we were to find this podcast. We listened very casually to the different topics that were in each podcast and after quite a few episodes, we decided we needed to contact 'unicorn' realtor, David.

Stop Paying Your Landlord's Mortgage

David is such a great and sincere guy. He's on a mission to help first-time homebuyers and he'll go the extra mile to do whatever he can to help get you out of paying your landlord's mortgage and into paying your own (maybe even for less per month!). Wherever you are in the US, he's more than happy to talk to you, help you find a realtor, and share his advise on your unique situation. I'm in a bit of disbelief over how busy I know he is.

A True Expert With Heart, Energy, Empathy, Care, And Insight

I can't express how amazing it was to hear from someone with such energy, empathy, care and insight. A true expert! With a heart! I wish I had found this podcast a year ago. This is a man you want on your team. I listened to the podcast and episode 5 spoke to me. I reached out via email and in moments of fear before making our first offer, called him! It was the best call I made during this entire process.

We Were Clueless And Scared...

David found us our house eight years ago. It was a foreclosure and our first house. We were clueless and scared. He held our hand through the whole process and helped us get the house we loved. We have just sold this same house through David for over asking price. We did it the first weekend of the open house. He is now helping us find our next house and I would recommend him to everyone.
