Probably, the best thing of our home-buying experience was to have Mr. Cadwalader on our side. Although we were referred to him by mutual friends, we still were somewhat hesitant to work with a realtor. We thought we could do it ourselves!
On hindsight, hiring Jim was our smartest move. As it turned out,
Jim opened our eyes to several aspects of home buying which we had never given any thought to.
Jim is sincere and patient. He showed us a lot of homes -new and old - in Fishers and Noblesville over seven months or more. He is not afraid to call a spade a spade . He
sticks to the facts and does not lose his objectivity even when you express strong likes or dislikes in his presence. He will alert to the resale value of the property you are interested in, reminding you that you may be a seller one day. At the bargaining table, he has an "imposing" presence and believe me, it helps!
Above all, he is a true buyer's agent like no
other; with ONLY your interest in his mind.
The " cash-back" part of his deal is great! In this day and age, when 20% down is fast becoming the norm, those dollars come in real handy when you need them most .
However, the relationship with Jim does not end when you close.
You can count on him for his valuable advice and help long after there is no financial interest involved. He is happy to follow-up and makes sure you are doing well and happy in your new home .
Jim is an outstanding realtor. There is a lot to learn from him . Even small tips could turn out to be great money savers in the long run. It is no coincidence that in spite of the housing market being the way it is, there is no dearth of clients for Jim. His work will always be appreciated, and the good word will keep spreading.
