I have known Jim for over 8 years and have hired him as my agent for the purchase of my first home in 2002, the sale of that home this year, and the purchase of a larger home this year. If I ever purchase another home – which is doubtful because of the wonderful dream house that he just helped us buy – I would not even consider using another realtor. I have referred 5 different people to Jim and 4 of them have purchased homes with him. (The other was not quite ready and Jim helped him realize that.) That is how much I trust him.
One more thing – now with Jim’s cash rebate program when we bought our new home he rebated us in cash – which amounted to a few thousand dollars! That money was very beneficial for our expenses.
